Application Season

Application Season is a two-week programme to equip young people with the skills and tools to ace the application process for their dream opportunities, and thrive in those roles.

Sessions are led by relatable guest speakers trailblazing their respective paths, as well as mentors who offer expert guidance and practical in-session help on CVs, cover letters, interviews and assessment centres.

Application season Programme

Career STEM Fest

250 young people

aged 18 - 25 seeking apprenticeships, internships, or entry-level jobs are onboarded onto the programme twice a year.

Upskilling

participants through expert advice, strategy and skills to master all elements of their job application.

Dream Destinations

of past participants have been reached 85% of the time including JP Morgan, Google, Deutsche Bank, and higher education institutions.

2+ weeks

experience of virtual and in-person programming., to learn and build their network to land their dream job. Led by two Motivez facilitators.

10 mentors

in our extensive network of professionals allows us to leverage their mastery and insights, organising panels, specialist discussions and practical workshops for participants.

Ambassadors

are organically grown through the programme participants to advocate for the programme, partners and more opportunities with Motivez at their respective institutions
