Meet The Team

Motivez is an award-winning youth-led organisation, founded in 2015. We empower undeserved young people aged 14 - 25 to access entry-level STEM jobs and become changemakers.

We have directly supported 10,000+ young people over the past eight years through our grassroots, employability and advocacy programmes across the UK. The programmes and mentoring are delivered by relatable young professionals from leading partner companies like Google, TfL, McLaren and Rolls-Royce. Our work has been highly commended and supported by the Royal Family, Sir Lewis Hamilton MBE, Idris Elba OBE and Beyoncé.

We are developing local changemakers in STEM and beyond that are actively transforming their communities and workplaces.
